Introduction
In the Who Am I? module, you will investigate several issues around what is known as "self-identity." This includes how you see yourself, in terms of your culture, ethnicity, gender, age, neighborhood/city/state/country, possible careers, values, and hobbies/recreation.
In the first Investigation, you will explore how teenagers these days see themselves. In the second Investigation, you will explore how you see yourself. In the third Investigation, you wil explore how you expect this self-identity will influence your future choices and career. Finally, you will produce a creative product in a Culminating Activity, and then share this creative product with your class via an oral presentation.
To participate in this module, you will need to know something about using the Internet. You should have learned these skills before (browsing, surfing, searching, reading and collecting information, and keeping records of your sources), but your teacher may also teach you these skills as you work through these investigations.
